| If your Laptop is not as described we reserve the right to refuse the laptop or reduce the price of the trade in . It is important that you have the trade in available for collection when the new laptop is being delivered or the delivery driver will refuse to leave the new laptop . If we refuse or reduce the price we will charge the balance to your payment card and return the laptop if necessary . This will not happen without us contacting you . This option is a last resort and can be avoided by giving the best description possible when making your selections from the menu on the right . Once the Laptop is Collected by Our Driver the Reasponsibilty for the laptop passes to ourselves. |
